Transforming Lives

'Transforming Lives' is a celebration of the amazing things achieved through transplantation. It is a collection of stories from people whose lives have been transformed and from families who found it in their heart to give precious organs and tissues when someone they love died. Some of the surgeons and staff who make it happen, talk about their work.
